- Buffalo mozzarella2 balls
- Beefsteak tomatoes4 pieces
- Fresh basil1 bunch
- Extra virgin olive oil3 tablespoons
- Fleur de selto taste
- Black pepperto taste

Cut the tomatoes and mozzarella into equal-thickness slices (about 1 cm).

Alternate tomato and mozzarella slices on a plate, overlapping slightly. Tuck basil leaves between each layer.
