- Country bread8 slices
- Ripe tomatoes4 pieces
- Garlic2 cloves
- Fresh basil1 bunch
- Extra virgin olive oil5 tablespoons
- Sea saltto taste

Preparation

Toast the bread
Cut the bread into thick slices. Toast in the oven or on a grill until golden and crispy.

Prepare the topping
Dice the tomatoes into small cubes. Chiffonade the basil. Mix with 3 tablespoons of olive oil and salt.

Assemble
Rub each toasted bread slice with a halved garlic clove. Top with tomatoes. Finish with a drizzle of Carthage Crown olive oil.
