- Green bell pepper1 piece
- Red onion1 piece
- Kalamata black olives100 g
- Feta cheese200 g
- Extra virgin olive oil4 tablespoons
- Dried oregano1 teaspoon
- Salt and pepperto taste

Preparation

Prepare the vegetables
Wash the tomatoes and cut into wedges. Peel and slice the cucumber into half-moons. Thinly slice the pepper and red onion.

Assemble the salad
Arrange the vegetables on a large platter. Add the Kalamata olives. Generously crumble the feta on top.

Season
Drizzle generously with Carthage Crown extra virgin olive oil. Sprinkle with oregano, salt, and pepper. Serve immediately without tossing.
