- Pita bread2 pieces
- Romaine lettuce1 head
- Tomatoes2 pieces
- Cucumber1 piece
- Radishes5 pieces
- Green onions3 stalks
- Fresh mint1 bunch
- Flat-leaf parsley1 bunch
- Sumac2 teaspoons
- Extra virgin olive oil5 tablespoons
- Lemon juice3 tablespoons
- Saltto taste

Preparation
Toast the pita
Cut the pita bread into pieces. Drizzle with olive oil and toast in the oven until golden and crispy.
Prepare the vegetables
Cut the lettuce, tomatoes, cucumber, and radishes into pieces. Slice the green onions. Chop the mint and parsley.
Make the dressing
Mix Carthage Crown extra virgin olive oil with lemon juice, sumac, and salt. Whisk vigorously.
Assemble
In a large bowl, combine the vegetables and herbs. Add the dressing and toss. Place the toasted pita pieces on top just before serving to maintain crunch.
